When picking up passengers from Helsinki Airport, you can drive to the Short Term Parking, located right in front of the terminal. Short Term Parking is an outdoor parking area, and so there are no height restrictions. You’ll find the Short Term Parking by following signs “Saapuvat/Arrivals” and then an orange sign “Short Term”. Instruction video on how to drive to the Short Term Parking can be found on Helsinki Airport’s YouTube-channel.

You can park for short term in other Finavia’s parking areas too. For example parking halls P1 Premium and P2 are convenient when picking up passengers.

Price for the short term parking is 2 € / 20 minutes. Driving through the area within 10 minutes is free, so you do not need to go to the payment machine if you are parking for no longer than 10 minutes.

In Short Term Parking and parking halls P1 and P2 the entry barrier opens automatically with a camera recognition. If you park for longer than 10 minutes, you can pay in the parking area’s payment machine or with a Moovy mobile app.

Please note that picking up passengers in front of the terminal’s departure level is prohibited.

You'll find a map of the parking areas on our website.
